You really don't know employment laws. There are not blanket privileges to check a job applicant's credit report. We have to have an applicant consent to have their references checked and offer that signed consent to their previous employer. Why didn't we have Oba'a's consent before employment?

I use 2 legal manuals and ignore your huffing and puffing and general lack of biz education in employment laws. Again, i don't refer to civics class. We have lawyers that specialize.

I have even used employment contracts for many years. In the real business world, they don't operate like the gubment.

Back in 2008 I would have jumped all over such assertions as yours and clung to them in the hopes that the tide might be turned in favor of conservative candidates... but there was NO PROOF - just hackneyed assertions.

The current Hawaiian "gov" (a Democrat screwball) said something once along the lines that he couldn't "find" the birth record - but what do you expect from Dems? His predecessor, Linda Lingle - a Republican - did find this record and had already vouched for Obama's Hawaiian birth.

You're all over the place on this. First you said this record didn't exist. Next, you said it does exist but it's fake. Later, (on that new thread by coadie) you have said he WAS born in Hawaii, but that doesn't count because he was born to a Kenyan father.

What's it gonna be?

And... wouldn't it be easier to just campaign against his re-election because of the mess he's made of the economy and our nation's foreign affairs?
