Thanks Notofworks, I do apologize though. I got caught up jesting. What also bothered me about it is, I normally give sinners a little slack and repudiate offensive statements made against them. It was inappropriate. Thanks for being understanding of my sudden case of "foot in mouth" disease.

I've met trinitarians that will preach under the anointing a most powerful Jesus' name message then later "qualify" what they said, for a number of reasons!
I would have added witnessing, but that means different things to different people, baptists witness, JWs witness, etc.

As far as Cnks list goes, the things I feel are distinctly apostolic are the two I mentioned.

I once heard a 9 year old Baptist kid "preaching". And I KNOW that I felt the anointing. Here's the deal... the Word is anointed. Phoney pastors and even womanizing pastors have had powerful anointing, witnessed souls be saved, demons cast out, healings, etc.... yet their adulteries or fraud be discovered. We must realize that the anointing doesn't rest in us, our theology, or our standards of living. The anointing comes from God's Word. It's like an M-16. A 10 year old kid in Afghanistan can pick up an M-16 and use it. It will fire. It will kill. However, only a seasoned soldier knows how to use the weapon to it's full potential. Only an official soldier is "authorized" to use the weapon. Only a seasoned soldier knows how to take it apart and clean it and inspect it properly.

So yes, expect to see and feel the power of the anointing where ever God's Word is present. It doesn't mean that their (or our) doctrine is right, it doesn't mean that the church is moral or holy. It doesn't mean that the preacher must be living right. It's just the power of the Word.
