This is where my question could have been more clear! Should have asked something like this:

Is the Bible clear to you?

Or (depending on what mood I was in):

Is everything in the Bible absolutely clear to everyone who has ever read it?

In some places it is, in some places it isn't.

I would think it would be dishonest for anyone to suggest every passage of the Bible was always absolutely crystal clear to them....and if they claimed otherwise that's probably a red flag to tune them out and get away from them!!

To get a "no" here, all we have to do is find a single person who has read the Bible and came away with a feeling that it was less than "clear."
