Repentance isn't telling God you are sorry (let alone with your mouth). Repentance is BEING sorry enough to turn around, away from the direction you were going back towards God

I would not say a person has to ABSOLUTELY speak in tongues in order to become saved. I would, however, say that speaking in tongues was the expected norm from the Acts account. Something is going to occur when someone is inundated with the Divine essence of the Almighty

Why would God stop his plan of salvation for a few people (compared to the population of the world) who are mute because of birth defect, genetics, etc.? Why would he do that?

I don't have time to read your link and already don't agree with them before I do read it. If they think that a mute cannot be saved, then they are passing the sins from father to son and that is not Biblical.
We certainly can't get our beliefs from the Internet nor from forums, for that matter.

from what I see....Jesus did give His plan of salvation. Those who believe and are baptized shall be save...those who choose not to believe will be condenmed.
