I am always reminded (and still surprised) when I am in situations where daughters in the 11-16yr range, are so susceptible to embarrassment with anything the involves parent and public!

Bank equities are nose-diving into penny stocks! Is our banking system going down? Will this lead to bank nationalization?

Its a good question. Cons are saying Obama is working in that direction. Libs are saying it may be the only way to restructure in a temporary way....

BOA is saying they neither need it nor want it. Citi Group is denying any negotiation with the government along those lines.

Others will just roll over and do what they are told.

And you still have the 67 trillion dollar credit default swap mess hanging over our heads.

Even I am more pesimistic today than I was yesterday. Obama can really mess this thing up.

More pessimistic or realistic?

We are in deep trouble as a Nation.
Did you see the clip of the Chicago Trader calling for a New Boston Tea Party due to the mortgage mess?

I might have to plan a trip to join the Chicago Tea Party revolt in July! I don't like the fact that I will be paying for my neighbor's over indulgence!

Obama had better tread carefully or there will be rioting! Let things work themselves out like they normally do!

First the liberals wanted mortgages for everyone in spite of bad credit or debt ratio. They got it!

Now that their idea has caused our economy to b on the verge of collapse, they want amnesty for the victims of their policy!

If my neighbor gets 20% written off his/her mortgage and a 2% new mortgage rate, I want the same treatment! Fair is fair!
