I agree if you are going to a tremendous church like POA, then it would definitely be dumb to leave because of not playing enough.

But people do leave good churches because they feel their talents are not being appreciated.

If a church needs help God will supply. It may not be a good thing for a musician to leave one church and go to another just b/c they get to play. If they leave and go under the will of God thats a horse of another color.

How about when a church has people who 'think' they have talent and are blown away when no one else sees it!
