I know it has. I have read about what has been going on with your little Jack. He's just as beautiful a baby as Levi. When I come for Levi, I will have to take both your kids now... Can you have a girl next time? That would be perfect....
I tell ya, 3 was the plan but after this one, we are kind of gun shy. dont know if a third baby is gonna happen or not.... as it is, I have an $11K bill to pay on this kid and if he isnt fixed by the end of the year, that number will grow next year.

I grew up in the piney woods of western Louisiana. there is something comforting about those pine trees. kind of like a big green blanket for the world.
the way they smell, the sound of the wind blowing thru them on a cold day. the way they brighten up a gray winter morning.... the sound of a fox squirrel barking at you from way up in the top of a long leaf pine tree just makes me all warm inside.
I love pine trees.

The sunset on a beach, however since we have moved to the east coast, it has become sunrises, on the beach with my husband, a nice hot cup of coffee, the smell of salt air, the sound of the birds, the feel of the breeze, and the sand squishing between your toes ... I like that alot

Hearing the word "DADDY!" when I walk in the house after a long hard day at work.
It wont last forever, but surely the memory of these days will be with me until the end.
Little ones grow up and "DADDY!" takes on a whole different meaning, but right now it soothes what ails me.
Sooo true, every once in a while my 15 year old "slips" and calls me Mommy.... I love it!
