Re: Sleepless in Texas

Dear Jesus,

Today has been an awesome day...you are perfect in every way. Thank you for my family, my friends, my job, my car, and that the apartment complex I live in has been bought by another company that is fixing, painting, and bringing this lakeview area up to par. Thank you for your shelter...I know I'm safe because I am sheltered in your arms.

Love you much Jesus.

Good night

Re: Sleepless in Texas

Since I am two posts away from 6000..I want to spend two posts just praising Jesus!

You are the love of my life...
You are the hope that I cling to.
You mean more than this world to me.
Wouldn't trade you for silver and gold.
Wouldn't trade you for riches untold...
You are, you are my everything.

Yes you are!

Love,
Rhonda

RECORD POST 6000:
Dear Jesus...like Hezekiah, you gave me many more years than was expected. I have no idea why I am in Texas; why I work for the state of Kansas; why I am in a state of transition...BUT..Romans 8:28 says you have every intention of working all things for my good, and you will complete the work you have begun in me...and I give you thanks upfront.

Thank you Jesus for your mercy, your grace, and your loving-kindness.

Your grateful daughter,
Rhonda

Dear Jesus,

Just want to thank you once again for the miracle that you did for Nahkoe. Continue to order her steps and those of her children. Repair the emotional damage to the children as children of divorced parents have a lifetime of struggle ahead of them. Give Nahkoe wisdom, those she associates with and goes to church with wisdom and understanding also.

Thank you Jesus..I love you dearly.

Your daughter,
Rhonda

Re: Sleepless in Texas

This morning I felt to get up and turn of Creflo Dollar. He had the message I needed to hear. Many times I push, pull, fight, switch, manipulate, and try to control what I feel the passion and call of my heart, and where I feel the anointing is.

He said something that I believe and tried to explain on the missionary thread where I was so attacked. God knew you, had a destiny for you before you were born. He has gifted everyone of us with destiny and anointing [if you are child of God]. Those giftings and talents he gave us can be used under the anointing and out of the anointing but they are our gifts to use. They are much more fulfilling when used under His anointing.

The passion that I have received from God, that I do without thinking, that I don't need a platform to do...when I pray, seek the face of God, and allow God to set up the time, the when, the where...then when I get there...it will flow with no effort because I have been called for this time, this purpose, and will fulfill my destiny.

I said all this to say. I apologize for wandering aimlessly trying to find my place. I am standing now and praying and allowing God to do what he has to do in my life to prepare me for this destiny that I have struggled so hard to find in myself. I am letting go, and letting God.

In Jesus name,
Rhoni

Dear Jesus,

Tonight we are on a countdown. I need your help with my homework. Friday, I ask that you bless my mind and help me to remember all the things I have studied and learned. Give me your peace as I take this National Exam.

I give you praise, and all the glory.

In Jesus name,
Amen.

LOL...in the presence of Jehoveh the little girl in me has the Father she has always longed for. I am trying to picture you as Mother Renda at a convent or the Pope in the Vatican

Blessings, Rhoni

DearLord,
Just wanted to thank you for keeping your hand upon my friend as she had surgery today. Getting old and having your body not keep up with your brain is such a difficult thing. We are born going through the process of dying. Life is over far too swiftly...it is a good thing we have a hope beyond this life or we of all men would be most miserable.

Dear Jesus, as I wade through the pharmacology, the treatment for substance abuse, and all the chemical reactions physiologically & psychologically...I am still amazed at how fearfully and wonderfully we are made. Help me to retain all the head knowledge I need to pass these two upcoming exams - a fulfillment of 8 years of hard work.

Just want to thank you again for sparing my life in 1991 and directing my path to this time and this place for your purpose.

In Jesus name,
AMEN.
