We haven't moved in yet, but these are some of our "neighbors" who live in our back yard. You may recognize them from your local pet shop.

That's a pretty cool "bird house"......those are beautiful!

Hopefully, you can feed them to keep them around while they play on the jungle gym!

There is a difference between a real estate agent and a Realtor. Anyone who can pass the real estate test can be a real estate agent. A Realtor takes an oath and is a member of a local board as well as the national association.

If you have a complaint against a real estate agent you would need to file it with the licensing department of your state. A Realtor complaint would be filed with the local board. Many times you can contact the Broker and get the issues resolved without ever having to file a complaint.

I'm sorry that some of you have had a bad experience when buying a home but there are few good Realtors left. If you ever want to purchase property in Branson, MO look me up, I will take good care of you!

PS - You are NEVER tied into a contract with an agent. If you do not get along with your agent or feel you are being adequately represented you have the right to submit written notice to the Broker to either terminate your relationship with the firm or have the Broker refer an agent that will be better suited for you.
