I don't get it. Any time I've changed skins I did it at the bottom of whatever page I was on and it changed everything when I refreshed. This time, it's not happening.

Boom had asked you earlier about clearing your cache. Maybe that would help?

Clearing your cache is deleting your temporary internet files, histories, cookies, etc. In Windows it's under your Internet Options, not sure where for any other browser.

I can give you really drastic way to clear a cache!

I found there is a bug with "Lightbox" image tool so it is disabled until they tell me to turn it on.

I will try that and see if it helps. Like I said earlier though, never had to do anything when changing skins before.

Nope, didn't work.

I cleared my cache twice, user CP still said friends tulip for a skin. I changed it to friends green and nothing happened. I did it manually and it changed for that page, but when I entered this thread, it changed back to friends blue.

I don't understand what's happening.

Unrelated to skins question: On my profile it says I have had 8 visits (I'm really popular!). However, even though that has gone up over the course of the day (0 to 8), it never changes the name of the last visitor. Is that a bug or am I only allowed to know one?
