True 'dat. No doubt some toady stamped the forms and sent them alone because that's "the right way to do things now."
Same thing with the Secretary of the Treasury's unpaid tax bills and the interest and penalties. Once he took control of the IRS I don't think Geithner wrote off all of his own unpaid interest and penalties. That was done by some minion wanting to curry favor with the new regime.
