4 Receive HG in Bible Study!
Had an awesome time tonight in Bible Study......and I didn't even teach! I had just come out of a 4hr meeting which had the potential to be disastrous and God moved miraculously! So I got to the church at about 8:05 and one of my associate pastors was finishing up teaching on signs and wonders. He asked me to close out in prayer and I simply made an invitation for those who needed something from the Lord. That was all it took! 2 fairly new ladies received the HG and two youth (brothers) received it also. Numerous received a great touch and it was simply one of those times no one wanted to go home! God is moving! I love it when that happens!

I have to think that God does have a sense of humor.... he does things in spite of us, not because of us.

LOL1 Not a lot of shockaoo, just hungry people simply desiring to be filled to overflowing! Pretty much no muss no fuss. Didn't take long. It usually doesn't take long when God is moving. I think it takes much longer when we try to get God to move!

Update: Had 2 more receive the HG on Sunday morning and 1 water baptism! Having another 2 more water baptisms next Sunday! Some really neat things taking place. One person who received the HG was on the platform playing an instrument with no one praying for her. She saw someone else receiving it and WHAM, the Spirit of God came on her and she starting receiving it right there! Woo Hoo!
