Maybe I Shouldn't Wait Any Longer...
for that Apostolic wife.
Besides, it feels like I have more in common with "charismatics" and other non-Apostolic Pentecostals (Church of God, COGIC) than I do with most Apostolics I know.
Maybe I shouldn't have broken up with that pretty lady in my picture. She is still available and still asks about me back "home" in W. VA.
I feel like I'm a weirdo sometimes when I'm at church. Maybe this is my own self-consciousness or low self esteem or something. I don't know exactly.
One thing for sure, currently there is not one eligible, Apostolic woman in my church that finds me attractive, where the feeling is mutual.
I didn't move back here to find a wife-- not my intention at all. I moved back here for spiritual stability and growth.
I'll continue to focus on these things as they are most important-- I realize this, I need this and I want this.
However, it sure would be nice to have some female companionship of the romantic type.
I feel like listening to some Al Green right about now....

Jermyn I'm praying.... may fast a little for you to find that wife. You see I'm counting on that making you a little more agreeable toward us political conservatives. You've been rather ansy and hard to get along with of late. lol
What if you found "The One" and she was against Obama and for the conservative. What would you do????

I'd be a very happy man!!!!!
I am much more Conservative than I appear on AFF, but even if we disagreed, it would make for EXCELLENT discussions, or at least it should.

She wanted, "Nothing to do with Pentecost, or Apostolic people-- they're the worst Christians of all! They raise their children where they can't do anything and they're children become devils when they become adults!"
Of course she knew she was broad stroking us, but many if not most of the Apostolics that she grew up with are not living for God today.

Don't fast for me until I am willing to fast for myself.
This is where I admit my lack of spiritual discipline.
I will add fasting to my prayers.
