Have You Done Your Federal Tax Return???
Today is April 15, 2007
Have you already done your 2006 Federal income tax return or have you waited until the last minute?
Years that I know I will owe I wait until the last minute while typically years that I know I will get a refund I file as soon as I get my W2 forms.
I foolishly waited until the last minute this year even though I was pretty sure I was going to get a refund. I had been waiting on a piece of financial information then when got it procrastinated the next two months, LOL!!!
Do you usually usually get a refund or owe money?
Until my wifes health forced her to quit working part time she used to make just enough money to put us in a situation of owing anywhere from $1000 to $1500 bucks each year it seemed. Tax time used to be depressing then!

Extentions are not valid for money owed - only for the paperwork accumulation.

This year I owe an additional 3500 to fed and 3600 to the state of WI. You would not want to know what I have already paid Ceasar in 2006.
It is just a total joke...
I paid more in taxes to state and fed in 2006 than I made in 1994.

No but you can file for a payment plan of taxes due. They charge $100 fee and 10% of the tax due.
