I believe it is Jehovah's Witness people that do this.

About a year ago they did the church in a day in Rapid City.

(Several years ago the UPC group split and the "folks" that pulled out of UPC have the building)

They have done it before... I think my brother has worked on two of them so far. There was one built on the east side of Indy (Cumberland) maybe two years ago... the church my brother pastors is blessed with construction workers who spent the day there. It is awesome to see... impressive actually.

The pastor of that church then pulled out of the UPC with a new building... I thought that was pretty rude of him. He was of the UC camp... *rollseyes*
