Poll Numbers in Battleground States Moving 4 Mac
Watching CNN tonight on Cooper 360 they reported that in Ohio, Obama went from 49% to 50% from last week to this week but McCain increased from 45% to 47% closing the gap by a point. In Florida, Obama remained static at 49% but Mac closed from 45% to 48%. In Virginia Obama again was static at 50% but Mac went from 47% to 48%. In West Virginia Obama was trailing 48% to 45% last week. After the Obama campaign poured about $3 million into WV in tv advertising last week, Obama dropped to 42% and Mac grew to 50%.
With one week to go, these trends are encouraging.

Rush was on Greta Van Susteren tonight, saying the poll numbers always tighten up at the end, because the pollsters would lose credibility if they were really far off.

DB,
Obama has NEVER been as far ahead in the polls as has been projected. NEVER!!!
All that is happening is the pollsters, which they always do during election cycles, begin righting the figures so that they won't lose their credibility as the election draws to a close. That is all this is about.
And, BTW, you didn't link your source.

I didn't link it b/c I was repeating what I saw on the news.

I think Sen. McCain can kiss Ohio goodbye. He needs to fight harder for VA and NC.

Were you afraid I missed your response? LOL! I did notice that you said it was on CNN. I was too lazy to edit my post. Sorry! I'm reading and responding to way too much stuff. I need a break. LOL!
