Baron, I wasn't trying to get into a consitutional debate (you're a lawyer for God's sake) or argue that Obama has a mastery of the Consitution. I was just reading the thread and read your post as to why Couric would even ask her about the right to privacy in the consitution. It just seemed to me that that was not an unreasonable question to any candidate as the right to privacy is a basic and important right in my opinion. I was not trying to make any statement any grander than that.
