For Ferd!

I thought you might enjoy a few Guyana pics!

My daughter with the "Welcome to Guy" sign! LOL!

Local churches:

The Smiths:

The group that went:

I love this picture!

And this was just funny, a guy from the newspaper came by while a bunch of the girls were on the sea wall and asked if he could take their picture, I imagine it was quite a sight!! My daughter said at one point she was in a market place and a little boy about 7 or 8 stopped and slapped his face and said "MOM"! Look at all the white people!!" LOL!!

I can believe it, my daughter said that for the first three or four days she didn't see anyone outside of their group and the missionaries family that were white! After that she saw a few people in the market.

I was there in the early 90's and Guyana was really pretty closed off. it was some kind of experience.

if you talk to her, ask her to find out about a place called Erie Hall. that isnt the correct spelling and I am not positive that is the actual name, but we planted a work there and it was a place with very strong demonic control.

I will ask her about that, she didn't mention anything like that, but there is so much that happened, I don't think I have gotten the full story yet. She really loved the people there, though, she said that they were so sweet.
