What is a One Stepper?!

i keep seeing it everywhere! and since im new here i have no idea what that means.. what does it mean!?!

Webster's Dictionary defines one-stepper as "greasy-gracer."

It is an Apostolic Pentecostal that believes either that one is saved at repentance or one is saved at the moment of true faith.

(there are both kinds and while very close, there is at least a symantical difference)

both versions (should) believe that Acts 2:38 applies to Christians today, as an expression of the faith/Grace that saved them.

I never thought about it before, I guess I always considered myself a 1-stepper, but I guess I am really more of a Half-Stepper.
