When we have those huge fires in So. Cal the sun turns black and the moon turns red where the ashes fall like rain.

Cooper, when he started, notice, that Peter said "this is that". Not the beginning of, but it was that.... what they were hearing that day, was the marriage of the New Covenant Bride and the divorce of the Old Covenant wife.
