The passing of Bro. Allen Oggs...
We moments ago received a phone call from Bro. Oggs' brother in law that he passed this morning at around 5:30 a.m.

Please rmember this family in prayer...

Not sure if any of you know this, but HO is 'shirttail relation' to Bro. Oggs. His wife is the stepdaughter of HO's aunt who recently passed.

Bro Oggs was absolutely one of my favorites. He overcame many obstacles. I think we can truly say that he fought a good fight.........

Brother Oggs certainly had "the want to"! Who could ever forget him talking to his bicycle when he was learning to ride? He did more with an impediment than most of us do with a whole body. There are no impediments resting in the arms of his Father now.

That is correct. My aunt's second husband was Urban Vanderhoff, who's daughter is Allan Oggs' wife.

I'm sorry to hear about his passing. I'm calling my family to let them know.

Sis. Oggs' brother, wife and son were in our home last night for supper. He is NOT well at all and will be unable to be at the service.

When y'all pray, please remember Elder as well...
