One brother or sister threatening another with lawsuits.....

I agree. It's not right. But far too many ignore so many 'mandates' about things like divorce / remarriage, ethics towards others ministers, etc., and because of that it's easy to 'ignore' those other pesky little things God talked about.

Sad but true.
