Does a Woman letting her hair down summon the power of angels?

I was on the UPCI.org and I noticed that they had a photo contest going. I decided to browse a few of the submitted photo and I was shocked to find this among them. Is this a "new religion"?

This picture was taken at the Alabamas Ladies retreat. Sis Patty Twyman took down her hair to summon the power of the angels over the prayer requests. Many prayers were answered.

Do you think they wouldn't have been answered had folks simply prayed & believed?

I've never heard of this happening until you started this thread. You will find no scriptural backing for this.

If answered prayers are the measure of the validity of this doctrine ...

I submit the following index of PATRON SAINTS that have answered prayers .... http://www.2heartsnetwork.org/patronsaints.htm

and generic prayer ...

Generic Prayer to One's Patron or Any Saint
Glorious Saint (name of your saint), my beloved patron, you served God in humility and confidence on earth. Now you enjoy His beatific vision in heaven. You persevered till death and gained the crown of eternal life. Remember now the dangers and confusion and anguish that surround me and intercede for me in my needs and troubles, especially (name your intention here). Amen.

Just in case you haven't noticed or don't receive the Herald, there is an article in there this month from a former Baptist preachers son who, as an adult, came to the Acts 2 salvation in Memphis. The article is focused on how his wife stopped cutting her hair due to a conviction she received in prayer and how when their baby wouldn't go to sleep she took her hair down at God's command and spread it over the baby and prayed. Once she was obedient to this direction the baby went right to sleep.

Phil, my wife has not cut her hair since she was 4 years old. We believe in separation and live that life even when not doing so would not make any waves.

However I am really concerned that we have moved down this road. It seems to be something that is being pushed by leadership of the organization and it is worrisome to say the least.
