Where do we begin in restoring the republic?

Study the history of the ratification of the 11th Amendment and you'll see how quickly the States used to act when any branch of the Federal Government overstepped its Constitutional limitations. Sadly, today State governments are loaded with politicians who are NOT loyal to their States, nor to the Constitution, but are only using their State office as a stepping stone to national office. Constitutional restoration MUST start in the States FIRST. Elect State officers who JEALOUSLY guard and protect the rights of their State's citizens and the Federal branches will automatically reform by default.

A great Constitutional government administered by wicked men results in wicked government. There will be no "restoration" until we have good men to elect.

And there will be no good men until there is national repentance. Until CHRISTIANS repent of their political polytheism and idolatry and Baal worship, and return to God.

There can be no reformation without revival.

I would say that as proud as I am of my country and as great as America is today, she has always been a country with GLARING inconsistencies that have always challenged her existence as a truly Christian nation (in the sense that many politically-vocal evangelicals appear to present).

It's like a political version of the heretical, "kingdom now" theology is acceptable for many politically-vocal Christians.

Yet, we have Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Almighty God robed in flesh, the One whose example we are supposed to follow, riding into Jerusalem on a donkey, completely ignoring the POLITICAL state of Jerusalem to focus His Passion on the Will of His Father and the salvation of all of humanity.

Now imagine, Christians uniting regionally, to focus on and pray for the Will of The Father and the salvation of all of humanity!

Please folks. I am not teaching "Kingdom Now" or wanting to establish a "Christian Saudi Arabia".

Yes, it "starts with God". But what is happening is NOT because a majority of States decided to embrace a pro-gay agenda. Rather all of this is happening because of an out of control Federal Government that ignores the Constitution. I'm simply trying to point to a Constitutional remedy we all can use to bring the Feds back under control of the States.
