The GOP is fracturing apart. Trump has won more states and has more people supporting him than Cruz. He is more popular than Cruz and usually the Party would rally behind the front runner who is desired by the larger population.

But the party instead has rules to help guarantee a party establishment hack is always the candidate they run in the general. Hence the "delegate game".

Which proves the party doesnt care about the vox populi, it only cares about its establishment position.

So Trump has the greater number of supporters, but not enough delegates to lock up the nomination. And this due to Kasich still running even though he is so obvioudly a lost cause, as well as dirty politics running free and loose with "stealth delegates", rigging primaries and caucuses to shut out delegates, etc.

Funny how a primary has all its delegates going to a candidate who loses the primary vote, for example (hypothetical illustration).

Irregularities, reports of vote flipping (from both Trump, Cruz, and Rubio supporters), etc...

That man behind the curtain is starting to be revealed.

Trump doesn't do was well in Closed primaries. So, it is speculative about who is really voting for him. His own children didn't register as Republicans in order to vote for their own father in the NY primary. Even after Ivanka put out instructional videos telling people to register as a Republican. lol!

I'm sure they didn't want to lose any business deals being part of a party affiliation. Pretty well explains Trump's inconsistencies, flip-flops and dishonesty.
