You do know the states that do not have payroll tax like Texas and New Hampshire need revenue to function, and these states have to make up for the lack of income tax somehow. New Hampshire and Texas, for example, make up for it in property taxes. Both states have some of the highest property taxes in the nation. No state can function without taxes.

I did not say " eliminate ALL taxes". I said eliminate all taxes on ALL INCOME. I was speaking of Federal income taxes, corporate taxes, capitol gains taxes, and inheritance taxes. We existed almost 150 years as a nation without an income tax or an IRS and did just fine. Our Founders understood that people should not be taxed on the fruits of their labors directly. If the Federal Government only administered those functions authorized by the Constitution, then we wouldn't need all of this revenue or have a national debt.
But again, since you do not hold the individual, personal liberty , the Founders, and the Constitution in the same high esteem as you do socialism and Lord Obama, you probably won't agree with me.
