Sounds like a great idea. You'd need something that would be personal identification which couldn't be stolen, maybe some kind of id on the hand or the head.

There will never be another one world government because the stone cut out of the mountain without hands came down and crushed the final power, Rome. And now Christ's kingdom is spreading through the world overcoming all other kingdoms. Christ's kingdom is now in effect and it will not allow another world power to occur. We've seen the end of the image of Nebuchadnezzar's dream. Adam is over.

There already is a One world Government, the UN and there already is a World Bank and China has been pushing for a universal currency to take the place of the dollar

That is not a one world government. Watch. The one world currency and government will not happen. One day I will say I told you so.  Christ's kingdom will not allow it.
