We don't know how much time passed between the time they were told to multiply and when they disobeyed. We don't know if Eve was pregnant when they disobeyed. Neither do we know whether they had children or not at the time of their disobedience.

If they had children before the fall, would not the children have remained sinless after A&E sinned? unless they too ate of the fruit? I believe Cain was the first born.
