Question for you computer gurus

Embarq was supposed to have doubled the speed of my DSL service as of last Friday (to 3000 something??)

If anything, it seems slower than ever to me.

Is there a way that I can check what speed my connection is??

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
