Trump's attack on the airbase yesterday reminds me of Clinton's attack on the aspirin factory back in the 90s. It was a show. It didn't damage Assad. Even Syria said they expected it.

In a way, I'm glad it was only some missiles shot at an airbase. Hopefully Trump will leave it at that and not escalate it to putting boots on the ground. He made his point. He's not afraid to attack.

I shouldn't, but I chuckled at a news report that about a couple hours ago, Syria launched an airstrike against some hillside town --- using the same airbase we attacked last night.

Bang up job there, guys. I mean, c'mon, if you're going to blow up an airbase, at least make it unusable longer than 24 hours!

It's my understanding that the attack boosted the price of stock for Raytheon, a corporation Trump owns stock in.

Therefore, Trump personally profited from the attack...even if he accomplished little else.
