a deep burden

When we got in yesterday from the jungle my house was packed with people for our ladies meetings we are having this weekend. So I could not even lay down a few minutes...well I guess I could have but that is not my nature. I wanted to serve my guests and be with them and then got ready for service and as usual our peple love choirs and singing so there was much singing. The choirs were all awesome, power packed but after traveling over 4000 km over little two lane curvey highways my body was so tired...
Our special speaker a good friend had told me right before the meeting she was going to speak on Rebecca. She spoke about the cost of being a bride....the spirit of Rebecca...The presence of the Lord came in a strong way and I felt God pleading with some people in our service that they really need to "sell out" to Him and His work.
The alter was filled...I looked around and seen so many young people praying and weeping...Please pray for a person that I have a deep burden for. Pride goeth before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall was all I could of last night as I wept.
There is a deep moving of God's spirit among us...My strength was renewed and was up until after 2 this morning and up again a 6 and feel ready to "go for Jesus."
Jesus has great things for this country. Please help us pray that we can raise up national workers. That is the key for this last hour.Love and blessings to all.

Sister Alvear,

Your posts bring me to tears often. Would God that our national Pentecostals would feel a personal responsibility for the lost.

Not only does her post bring tears but I can usually feel the presence of the Lord. Awesome.
