The Politics of Treason:

When I joined the military I gave an oath:

I, [name], do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

What I find so interesting is that both the Democrats and the Republicans are guilty of egregious violations of Constitutional liberties. Yet, so many continue to vote for them. In fact, many vote as though it's a sporting event with their team vs. the opposing team. Many support the initiatives and agenda of their given party... rather it be Constitutional or not. Since both parties have proven to play fast and loose with the Constitution... why vote for either one of them, especially if one has sworn to protect the Constitution of the United States of America? Why not vote for the liberty that the Constitution was truly designed to give?

Many have asked me why I'm a Libertarian. I'll tell you... because I swore to protect the Constitution of the United States from all enemies, both foreign... and domestic. I didn't swear loyalty to a political party or to a political agenda. The Libertarian Party is the only political party that I have seen that truly believes in the liberty enshrined in the Constitution that will protect EVERY citizen's life, liberty, and property regardless of religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, age, or political views. It's truly a party for those who love liberty and believe that liberty is sacred and holy in and of itself... even if men use said liberty to commit sin.

So, why do I vote Libertarian?

Because voting for anything else would be treason.

Defend the Constitution. Vote Libertarian.

I like a lot of what Libertarians are for, though to say that voting Republican or Democrat amounts to treason is a bit over the top.

If both the Democrats and the Republicans are eviscerating Constitutional liberties... are they not enemies of the Constitution? And wouldn't a vote for either party be a vote to further the evisceration of the Constitution? And aren't threats to the Constitution, threats to the United States? And aren't domestic threats to the United States... treason?

Don't up understand? What is good for you is not good for the politicians, they have put themselves above the law.

Nope. We've allowed them to put themselves above the law. And we continue to vote for them. The truth is... the work for the very same corporations.
