... or more specifically, my Yahoo.ca email account. I have never been hacked before so this was a first for me.
I got home from Church last night & was checking my Yahoo.ca email (a secondary email, not my main one) & lo & behold there was a message from the Admin team at Yahoo.
I thought, oh, oh.
The notice said, that they detected suspicious activity on my account & could they check to make sure it was me accessing the account.
There were emails sent--a lot of them.
The IP Address it was sent from was in Thailand!!!
I am not there & I have never been there, so it wasn't me.
The good thing was, I checked my email about a half hour from when it first started happening.
They advised me to immediately change the password--I did.
I checked to see what was being sent out & there was a link,
I tried to click on the link but my security software would not let it.
It just said that it blocked some malicious malware.
I said all that to say this.
Some of you have your emails on there & may have been sent something from me.
That wasn't me.
