Rotten Day at Work So Far

Really, really bad.

Embarrassed, shouted at, put into a corner. I stayed calm, but I still feel embarassed.

Really feel down.

Really embarrassed.

Isaiah 43:1-3 "Fear not, for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned: neither shall the flame kindle upon thee, For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel."

Re: Rotten Day at Work So Far

Thanks everyone for the encouragement.
I'm aight-- end of the day.
I felt bad a sit was happening and immediately afterwards for a while because I know it was unjustified.

But it's alright.

"It's alright. It's alright.
It's alright. It's alright.
As long as I know I got a seat in God's Kingdom,
it's alright, ohh-ohh-ohh, it's alright."
-- song I would hear my Mom sing in testimony service when I was a kid

Be encouraged. Tomorrows a new day and remember: Some days we're the big dog on the job, other days we're the fire hydrant.

The person that talked to you the way they did
seems like a small person to my way of thinking.

Glad you withstood the assault.

Maybe God will disturb that persons sleep tonight
and cause them to want to apologize to you tomorrow!
