The START Treaty, originally signed by Reagan during his tenure is a common sense approach to address the nuclear weapon arsenals of Russia and America-- the 2 countries that hold 95% of the world's nuclear weapons.
Dick Morris and certain other key GOP'ers are idiots for trying to politicize this REPUBLICAN initiated effort.
Shows that they are more interested in making the President look ineffective than they are in making progress.
However, their efforts were ineffective and common sense bipartisanship won concerning an issue that should have never broken down over party lines in the first place.
