the city of chicago is democrat and the torture occurred under democratic administrations. this is the corruption of a one party system. Even though it took a republican govenor to out the abuse, govenor ryan himself is convicted of corruption. I think we need a healthy opposition party in chicago.

So Governor Ryan made a righteous stand, but he wasn't all that righteous after all.
