The FOX has President Obama on the run!

Just finished watching Bret Baer's interview of President Obama and all we heard from the president was the same old, same oh! Thought Bret handled himself well, pressing for the answers he never got.

Just my thoughts!

BOY! THIS THREAD WAS A BOMB! I guess no one saw the President with Brett Baer. Or, if they did they didn't even care.

You're not very good at this when you can't even get the Obama followers to respond! I think I'll give up "threading," if that's what you call it.

Re: The FOX has President Obama on the run!

I was not home earlier this evening so my wife recorded it and we watched it later. I thought that BHO just kept repeating campaign type stuff and not actually answering questions. I opined to my wife that maybe the only reason he appeared on FOX (which he has said is not a real news station) was to pontificate to a large audience.

I haven't seen it yet either. I like Brett Baer's program - straight news. Britt Hume did an outstanding job when he sat at that desk as well.

BHO knew going in that Baer would be a gentleman and a real pro throughout. I'm interested in seeing how the President did without his teleprompters. He usually has at least one notable gaff under those conditions.

I saw this later. Didn't have the time to respond. I can't believe that there are people who cannot see what this man is about. I hate this mob administration!

Re: The FOX has President Obama on the run!

Just read the transcript, I thought Obama acquitted himself nicely. The only question he didn't answer was when Baier asked him a second time if the CT deal was still in there.
Towards the end it kind of devolved into Baier asking a question, Obama trying to answer and then getting interrupted. It was a good interview overall, though.

I wasn't able to watch the interview, however, I did scroll through my guide channel and recorded it early this morning. I haven't watched it, but I did see the opening question and the first thing that ran across my mind was....Wow, he is wearing a ton of makeup. It was terrible. I'm anxious to see how the rest of the interview went. I'm wondering if the amount of makeup is some sort of symbolism...

I don't believe the Transcript, which I read, revealed the total picture of the way Obama was obfuscating on the screen.

Re: The FOX has President Obama on the run!

Apparently, for BHO and the Democrats, rules are just annoying little obsticles that are meant to be broken if they get in the way.

I don't think this interview did any good for BHO. Clearly he was hoping for another moment like what happened when he met with the House Republicans and looked the best he's looked thus far in his short time in office.

But BHO didn't do well. He looked upset and evasive. He demanded to be heard, but refused to answer questions. After a question was asked, it was met with the standard BHO talking points. We already know what the bill is and what they think it will do ... but BHO kept going back to the talking points and didn't answer the questions.

The "deem and pass" question was asked several times and was not answered.
