Re: PO Texas speaks out on healthcare
As he reads... Page 30 - A government committee will decide what treatment or benefits will be made available under health care that will be provided. It will be illegal to provide any medical benefits to anyone who hasn't been pre-approved by the committee.
Now... what this brings to mind is all of the yelling for all these years how that not providing abortions will force women into back allies getting coat hanger abortions...
Okay people... where are you now?
Where are you now when the government decides who does and does not get health care and then criminalizing anyone who provides that care anyway.
Where are you now when this may force people to go underground to get health care?
Where are you now? Where is your anger now? Where is your political activism now?

Re: PO Texas speaks out on healthcare
Love the clips, Esther.
I have to add one of Rick Perry:
Rick Perry Discusses the 10th Amendment and Health Care with Mark Davis of WBAP
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVcQehsKSkU
I can't find my list of which states are standing up for their 10th Amendment rights, but we are going to lead the way.

The fight is about our individual rights we want on deciding healthcare, Digging.
The fight for women's rights was already fought and won by those that wanted abortion. It was made into law. Probably for population control, but people have stood up, picketed, etc. To say no won fought or stood up is erroneous, Digging.
Mike Pence just recently put out a resolution that was shot down. Someone is still fighting.

Wow, so you mean a government committee is going to be in charge of what benefits are to be included in the essential, enhanced, and premium government offered plans? And then it will be illegal to perform a medical service for a government plan that is not covered under the government's plan?
What exactly is the issue you have with that? Do you not want them to decide what will be in the plans the offer?

First... I don't want government in the business of health care... period.
Second... if they, in the face of the people not wanting and the constitution not allowing it, are going to do it anyway... then offer what they want to offer... but it should NEVER... EVER... be illegal for me to get health care outside ANY policy if I go and get that health care myself.

Apparently you don't get it, however. That section of H.R. 3200 is explaining who will decide what benefits will be provided under what plans.
Amazingly, this is already done by private health care as well. You know, when they tell you what benefits you receive under what plan you have with them.

Well the difference is, if I don't like what one insurance company offers I can always choose another.
I get it by the way, I'm afraid you are clueless to what this really means.
