Interested in timeshare rental??
I got some points available on my Wyndham resorts timshare for this year. Varies sites to choose from. first three weeks of December are wide open at most places.
If interested PM me, rates are cheap, I just want to use them up.

We are Wyndham VIP. Where do you own? We own in Destin and Orlando. Plus we own Starwood in Hawaii. I usually end up giving away a week or two, since we never seem to be able to use it all, but it's fun to bless someone. I have thought about renting to pay my maintenance fees (which are HIGH), but I don't really know the process. Any help you can give me would be appreciated!

We love timesharing. We own in lake lure, NC. they were the cheapest. Other reosrts couldn't even come close to them, we save thousands of duckies.
I just rent to coworkers or friends. make the reservation myself and they pay me. the church just rented from to send the pastor and wife on a trip. Of course, I didn't charge much.
Right now I'm renting one bedroom for $75/nite and $100 for 2 bedrooms. Cheap considering they are condos with kitchens and all.
Do you ever get phone calls from companies wanting to rent your timehare? I've haven't down that yet. I sure you get get enough to pay a good amt of your main. fees.

A couple years ago, we decided to sell the Wyndham after we bought Starwood, because Starwood is SO much nicer. And we always ended up forfeiting some Wyndham points at the end of the year. I contacted a reputable company and paid them about $400 to list it. It's been two years and I've never heard a thing from them. I guess that's how they make their money, more than through commissions!! But I've never tried a company to rent it, although we get frequent phone calls for renting and selling. I don't trust ANY of them now though.

If I'm not mistaken Wyndham has started a rental services, I'll have to check and get back with you.
I'd only use a company that gets paid after the sale, like a house sale.

Well, I searched and searched for a company like that, and came up empty. If you find out about rentals, please let me know. You can PM me if this thread is long gone.
