WOW>>>>>>>Worth the Read.............

I seldom ever read forwards in email, but for some reason I read this one......it was sent by DQ...........does give you something to think about..........

Have a Great Day All..............

Don't Mock Jesus

Death is certain but the Bible speaks about untimely death! Make a personal reflection about this.....
Very interesting, read until the end.....It is written in the Bible (Galatians 6:7):

"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Here are some men and women who mocked God :

John Lennon (Singer):
Some years before, during his interview with an American Magazine, he said: "Christianity will end, it will disappear. I do not have to argue about that. I am certain. Jesus was ok, but his subjects were too simple, Today we are more famous than Him" (1966). Lennon, after saying that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ, was shot six times.

Tancredo Neves (President of Brazil ):
During the Presidential campaign, h e said if he got 500,000 votes from his party, not even God would remove him from Presidency. Sure he got the votes, but he got sick a day before being made
President, then he died.

Cazuza (Bi-sexual Brazilian composer, singer and poet):
During a show in Canecio ( Rio de Janeiro ), while smoking his cigarette, he puffed out some smoke into the air and said: "God, that's for you." He died at the age of 32 of AIDS in a horrible manner.

The man who built the Titanic
After the construction of Titanic, a reporter asked him how safe the Titanic would be. With an ironic tone he said: "Not even God can sink it" The result: I think you all know what happened to the Titanic

Marilyn Monroe (Actress)
She was visited by Billy Graham during a presentation of a show. He said the Spirit of God had sent him to preach to her. After hearing what the Preacher had to say, she said: "I don't need your Jesus".
A week later, she was found dead in her apartment

Bon Scott (Singer)
The ex-vocalist of the AC/DC. On one of his 1979 songs he sang: "Don't stop me, I'm going down all the way, down the highway to hell". On the 19th of February 1980, Bon Scott was found dead, he had
been choked by his own vomit.

Campinas (IN 2005)
In Campinas, Brazil a group of friends, drunk, went to pick up a friend.....The mother accompanied her to the car and was so worried about the drunkenness of her friends and she said to the daughter holding
her hand, who was already seated in the car: "My Daughter, Go With God And May He Protect You.." She responded: "Only If He (God) travels in the trunk, cause inside here.....it's already full " Hours later, news came by th at they had been involved in a fatal accident, everyone had died, the car could not be recognized what type of car it had been, but surprisingly, the trunk was intact. The police said there was no way the trunk could have remained intact. To their surprise, inside the trunk was a crate of eggs, none was broken.

Christine Hewitt Jamaican Journalist and entertainer Said the Bible (Word of God) was the worst book ever written. In June 2006 she was found burnt beyond recognition in her motor vehicle .

Terribly sad... and if people only realized that God is not out to get them but give them peace and love... To fill a void that will never be filled by the things of this world! Sad...

I think this is a truly typical cultish way to say God will punish you for thinking contrary to my belief system. Got enough of that through the years.

A man of God was falsely accused for a crime that he did not do. After spending two years in Prison at a Federal Prison near Texarkana, he was exonorated and set free.

While he was in the prison, he prayed all the time. The supervisor saw the man's sincerity as he walked around with uplifted hands praying and ministering to other prisoners, many of whom he led to the Lord. Finally, the warden or the supervision gave him an area all of his own where he can pray. It was a big oak tree near the corner of the yard far away from the other population. He walked around that tree praying until he wore a rut in the ground.

There was a big man in the prison that had harrassed him almost from the beginning. One day this man walked out there where this man of God was praying to speak to him. He said to him, "Here is what I think of your Jesus," as he drew a cross in the dirt near the rut with his shoe. He then cursed Jesus and spat on the cross that he drew in the ground.

The man of God said to him, "Sir, I wish you would not do that. God has your very life in his hands and you may see the judgements of God very quickly." The man then cursed him again and spat on the cross again. Again the man of God told him that he is in severe and immediate danger.

Just then, the man of God told me that lightening began shooting through his body that jumped out of him and hit the man in the head. The lightening split the man in two from the crown of his hiead right down the middle even dividing his private parts in two. The man was slaughtered and butchered right there before him. When this happened, there were some men standing near and they were hit with the same lightening and fell dead too.

This was seen and recorded on Prison security cameras. Needless to say, the respect for this man of God soared among the prison population. Now for the rest of the story. The brother kept the tree for himself, praying and praising God with uplifted arms walking around the tree. Finally, prisoners began getting permission to walk out to the tree to get "saved." They were granted permission by the prison staff to go see the man of God, one by one. Many came.

One day, word was sent to the man of God that the Warden needed to see him. The man of God left the tree to see the him. He was then informed that he was being released and that he could go home. The man of God asked if he could be dismissed to go back to the tree once more. He was granted that permission. He went back to the tree, took off his shoes and tied them by the laces upon a limb. He later walked out of the prison barefooted.

After the man of God left the prison, many of the prisoners who had gotten saved got permission to visit the tree. The picture of what happened next appeared in the USA Today. Prisoners took off theri shoes and humg them alll over the big oak tree. The tree with all of those shoes tied up all over the tree was a sight to behold. The pictured that appeared in the USA Today captioned the tree as "The Praying Tree." A little of the story was told in the paper.

The Praying Tree. Dear God! We need a lot of praying trees. Alas, I doubt that we will see many of them anymore.

"It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of an angry God."

"Fear him not who can destroy the body and can do no more. Yea, fear God who can fear destroy both body and soul in hell."

The story that I told you is true. I am well aware of it.

Now that one...I truly believe! Thank-you for sharing this with us. I believe God can take a very bad situation and use it for his glory and the salvation of not just the person it is happening to...but those who witness it.

Blessings, Rhoni

I believe that when someone rejects the work of Jesus, they expose themselves to attack from the one whose only intent is to steal, kill, and destroy. Jn 10:10
