I could write all day Brother Burk but no matter what I write you would not believe because you see the bible different than I do...You could write all day and I would not see it the way you do....for my part if you agree let´s just be friends..
I wrote a book on women preachers and could paste it all here but we would still disagree. I am not the type to go back and forth.
Some of my children think it is a heaven or hell issue but they never heard that from my mouth...
I think God is merciful and He and He alones the situation of all of us... I am sure if to you if it is a heaven or hell issue you stand opposed to my sons...however if I am lost for obeying what to me was and is the voice of the Lord I say this in the fear of God, I am willing to be lost for I am one and those that have come to God under my ministry are thousands...I am willing to be lost so that they could be saved...for to me it takes ACTS 2:38 to be saved.
Sis Alvear, it's not a matter of seeing the Bible differently, it's a matter of not having any Bible to prove your points. I am very open to whatever the Lord leads. If you show me it's in the Book, I will change. I am not opposed because I have a personal grudge against women preachers. I just can't believe something women can be in the five-fold ministry when there is absolutely no Bible for it.
If you wrote a book proving women are permitted to be in the five-fold ministry, then please post the scriptures where it's found in the Bible.

In a church service I say Praise the Lord Brothers to 50 men and 200 women...
If the word silence means silence my dear friend then go llook for the greek meaning it is not just quite it is absolute silence...then it would mean she cannot sing, pray or prophecy...
But Paul didn't write in Latin, he used Greek. In the Greek it is very plainly a MASCULINE noun.
