I don't believe so. I think he made a good point that most law enforcement do not carry handguns with external safeties. The Pros, when questioning the lady from the PD about the firearm made the lack of an external safety an issue. The fact that he taught GZ gun safety is a plus for GZ, IMO.

IMO, the fact this wit and her husband donated thousands of dollars to GZ shows they know his character enough and believe he's innocent enough to give financial support. I wish O'mara would ask this question: If there was any question or doubt in your mind of his innocence, would you give over $2,500 to his defense fund?

She said that is sounds like his environment changes more than his voice. That was my impression earlier, but she said it better.

His voice seem more matter of fact.

She is the first witness who says she has heard GZ use an elevated voice when they were "whooping" it up during the campaign.

She is a good witness.

Personally, listening to the video interviews, you can hear GZ's "tone" in the 911 call. JMO.

This Jury does not want a break. I imagine they want to get this trial over with and get home to families, but I think they're also wrapped in these witnesses testimonies.
