Yes, Cindy and many others would have loved for God to bring healing to Cindy, but it was because she was not well that she had time to sit and post and pray for your needs and listen when you needed an ear. How many did she encourage? How many did she bring a laugh too? Only God knows.
It just reminds me again how Gods ways are so far above our ways.

I was thinking the same things, Esther. I had no idea she touched so many. She must have loved just taking all that time to minister to people.

Are we able to do this now?

Yes.

Thanks for answering this Renda!
I just wanted to reiterate that anyone who wants to use the PayPal Donate button on the forum, please be assured that 100% of all donations given will be going toward Cindy's Donation Gift/Fund.
Cindy was such a precious lady and it will be a wonderful blessing to her family. We've already had several use it, and I hope we can work toward giving the family a nice gift. Thanks so much to all who give! I'm so proud to be a part of a family of giving folks!

The Mrs. I'm sending some flowers for all of us, but if I wanted to do something additional how do you do the Paypal thing? I'm computer ignorant and don't know how that works on AFF.

BT, thanks for asking. I'm sure this will be helpful for others as well.
All you have to do is click on the big yellow 'Donate' button under the 'Support AFF' heading in the right side column. It will take you straight to a secure PayPal page and you will be shown 2 options, you can give by using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card. Or you can login to your existing PayPal account and use it to give. You can enter any dollar amount you wish to give.
If you don't have a credit card, you can create a PayPal account and link it to your bank account (checking or savings) using your bank account routing numbers I believe.
Hope that helps!

Just click the button and it's pretty self-explanatory. I have an account, but you don't have to have one to use it. You can just use a credit card.

Re: Memories of Sister Cindy Nash.
I'm not on here much anymore, but I "talked" to Cindy on Facebook regularly. Like many others have said, I will miss her presence, miss her liking my posts, and miss reading hers. I am proud to have been her friend.

Thank you, Mrs! This helps alot! I will take care of doing this tomorrow. Is there a deadline for giving to Cindy's family? Will you be sending the money to them - I assume you have an address??

Re: Memories of Sister Cindy Nash.
Cindy was such a precious lady. I haven't been to this forum in about a year but when I read on Facebook that Cindy had passed away I wanted to come here. Even though I never met her in person, Cindy was a friend to me. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and all of the rest of her "online family" here at AFF.

Good Grief
"Good Grief" Cindy, why did you have to leave us?
There was so much more that we still had to discuss.
And I don’t know if this is proper for me to say....
But on AFF the term “Good Grief” should be put away.
No one seemed to be able to say it just like you,
And you could always find the proper time to say it, too.
I’ve looked today, trying to find the meaning of this term,
An oxymoron that you handled and did it so very firm.
I never got to know you in person, nor to ever shake your hand;
But you were a master when the ocassion called for a firm stand.
The picture that you posted on AFF, was that really you?
A picture that caused me to think of you as being true blue.
We’ll miss you Cindy, it just simply won’t be the same,
But believe me, as your AFF friends, we won’t ever forget your name.
And if someone new should one day say “Good Grief” on a post,
We’ll be reminded, that was your term and you used it the most!
RIP Cindy! We love you and your memory!

Your poem sums up my feelings as well.
She was a moderating influence on AFF.

I will be sending all contributions to the contact that Renda has posted. As far as when, I'll pass that judgement to Renda as well. Whenever it needs to be done, I'll do it.
As long as we receive any donations for Cindy & her family, they will be passed along to them as well.
