It still wasn't the receipent's that didn't have enough faith, it was the disciples. Maybe the people that are anointing and praying for others are the ones that don't have enough faith then.

Jesus told his disciples why THEY could not do certain miracles...because of their faith.
When it came to those that needed a miracle he assured them "Only believe".

What was that for???
Anyone's comments on this topic would be assumption since the scriptures don't give true specifics on what the thorn was, especially in the passage being discussed.
But since you seem to feel you have superior knowledge about this topic...enlighten us all so we can sleep tonight in peace and stop the run around arrogant, no answer is as good as mine and you're all a bunch of scriptural nitwits dialog...
If you know the answer...let us have it...otherwise, keep your rude and condescending comments to yourself.

I have seen so many lies posted. The best one is the one Triumphant 1 did his best to combat. You know, the hair cutting party thing?
Prominent members of this board chose to believe the lie and even continue to spread it, even though T1 had totally proved it was false.

Praxeas,
Here is what Jesus told his disciples:
Matthew 17:20-21
20) And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
The disciples had wavering faith, for that reason they couldn't accomplish the task.
Jesus said "because of your unbelief!"
Jesus then said "nothing shall be impossible to them that believe."
What about "nothing shall be impossible" don't you understand?

Thanks for confirming what I just said. As I said Jesus didn't rebuke those that needed healing but lacked faith. He rebuked his disciples for not having the faith to PERFORM what someone needed, like healing or having a spirit cast out.
Therefore maybe the reason some are not healed among us is due to the lack of faith of those trying to heal them?

Really?
So, you're saying that anyone who is NOT healed just doesn't have enough faith?
So, the saints of God who die from illnesses are to blame for their own untimely demise?
The original sin has nothing to do with it?
Please provide scripture for your outlandish viewpoint.
Oh, by the way, to extend your train of thought, if someone has enough faith they will live forever, right?

Absolutely.........Also, at times God reveals why the person you prayed for wasn't healed.

So, let me get this straight - if the person being prayed for DOES have faith, but the person praying for the DOES NOT have faith, the person may not be healed?
If so, that doesn't sound very fair.
