It has been reported to me that in Brother Mooney's church last week, it was announced that Sister McGruder has been given only one week to live. I did not personally hear that announced, but have received that information. Perhaps someone can confirm or correct this.

Not that it is set in stone since our God works outside our limits.
If that were true, she'd be pretty much gone when that statement was made by the doc. When statements like that are made, death is pretty much immenent.

I've had Sis. McGruder so heavy on my heart yesterday and today. She came so strong to my mind. I've been praying for God's will to be done. He knows what's best.

Some folks I know very close to the McGruders have been in contact with Bro. McGruder just today. While Sis. McGruder is very sick, he stated they were actually on their way to the hospital for a radiation treatment. She is doing OK considering and the doctor is saying that she will be able to travel and sing again. Praise God! She is very sick but certainly not going to die anytime soon.
