My eyes were opened when I got into the music business, and made good friends with folks from various church around town.

I felt that I had ALL the truth, but some of my friends from other churches put me to shame spiritually. Some of them prayed an hour per day, and were reading their bible during breaks. They were reading religious books in their leisure instead of watching TV. They had christ-like spirits and accepted me as a brother in Christ even though I didn't accept them in the same way.

I know what you mean, Pianoman. I've met lots of good people like that.

But Bible truth, is still Bible truth.

Okay, so why repent then if God doesn't hear them? You aren't following me here.

If you preach this scripture to sinners, then make a call for them to come to the altar to repent, why would they - - he doesn't hear them?

God DOES hear them when they repent.

"(2Pe 3:9) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us–ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance".

"Repentence is part of his will so he does hear them".
