I meant I don't understand computer language and how to get into a site that is under construction etc. You used some technical jargon that I don't understand.

But I do understand the Elfin did not illegally cross any barriers or attempt to get past something that blocks access to users that aren't suppose to be there.

I don't know you...I dont even know if you are a pastor...but I used your statement to highlight a prevalent mindset and was not directing my comment at you personally.

This "prevalent mindset" is established in Romans 13. Don't bend yourself over too backwards to pat Dora on the back because this is the WHOLE issue. She had a problem with me esentially telling her to knock it off, she doesn't want to be a part of Rom. 13:2 and since no one can "tell her what to do," she has fired off a series of nonsensical blatherings garnered to bring her sympathy.

Jekyll, I'm having trouble understanding the difference (of attitude) in your post from Dora's at times. Seems it's okay for a guy to "fire off".

How so? Please don't turn this into a gender issue. She fires off at the grace that God has extended toward a pastor, a man in authority. I had responded, and things have digressed from there. Have I fired off toward her? No, I responded to her. Have I been harsh? Absolutely.

Never once have I proactively sought out her posts to jump on or attack. A post in the VM Leaving thread started this and she revisited her attitude in the AS thread. I felt like I should respond.

Jekyll, you're such a dear. I really appreciate your efforts to correct me and put me back on the straight and narrow path, submitting myself to preachers who behave badly and never ever griping about it. Thank you. Thank you.

I will always remember your kindness toward me with humble and submissive gratitude.

Thank you...thank you...

You have twisted the meaning of Romans 13:2. The context has to do with governing authority (in our case, The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA). What twisted thinking of those that attribute this chapter to pastoral authority...no wonder this mindset is so prevalent...thanks for making me aware where this distortion comes from.
