This is my 21,000th post. (Thanks for the heads-up, BrotherEastman. ) So I though I should make it special. So. Um..... Oh, how bout this: I promise I will "agree" with the very next post in Timmy Talk, no matter how ridiculous it is. (Of course, my "agreeing" will most likely be bogus, but a promise is a promise. )
So, who's it gonna be? Who wants me to "agree" with their post?

To be a servant of God, it will cost us our total commitment to God, and God alone. His burden must be our burden... Sis Alvear

Watched the first one. All 6 minutes and 29 seconds of it.
The other one is 50 minutes long. It goes on the backlog.
The first one asks about the image of God I hold in my heart, and whether I want to look like that. Well, the image of God I have (my opinion of what God is like, what he does, etc.) is different from the speaker's image, I'm pretty sure. And the image of God that he seems to hold is very different from the one depicted in the Bible, taken as a whole. I bet he picks and chooses!
The image I have is of a God who never intervenes in humanity's affairs, and never has. Never speaks. Never kills. Won't torture anyone. Doesn't require perfection of us. Doesn't see a need to provide a way of salvation - from his own wrath. He has no wrath. He lets people do what they want. Doesn't stop evil. Doesn't reward good. Doesn't think our righteousness is filthy rags. If he has an opinion on that, I would think he enjoys seeing our good deeds. Probably takes some pride in the accomplishments of his creation, whether great or small.
Maybe our failures make him sad. But, angry? Mad enough to throw us into hell forever? Why would he do that?

The speaker in the first video, I believe, holds to a view of God that has been revealed in Jesus Christ. The speaker in the second video has the same view and explains it in the video, thought not completely. There are a couple of other videos (sermons) in 2012 about God's shadow activity and a book that will be out this year in which he explains more.
I understand God to be the God revealed in Jesus Christ.

Timmy, when you were in the AOG were you baptized with the Spirit and speak in other tongues?
