Marijuana was found in TM's system the night he was shot. It's a crime in itself that this is not a huge part of this trial.

Not enough marijuana was found in his blood stream for him to be convicted of any crime. Even the links you provided state:

MOST PEOPLE are sedated by the use of marijuana.
The effects of the drug wear off as the drug leaves the body.
This tragedy has nothing to do with marijuana-- which is why it's never been a major focus.

But the M.E yesterday changed his view on the stand yesterday and said the amount of marijuana did matter..

The fact also remains that for most people, marijuana has a sedating effect, not an enraging, paranoid, delusional, or manic effect.

Linking marijuana to Martin's response is too much of a stretch for anyone with any level of common sense about marijuana to make.

No its not saddening, its reality folks just could not leave it alone they started something that should have never been started and didn't have near the evidence to prove. Mabey now people will think twice before wanting "Justice" and it blow up in there face I bet the "race baiters" are having a hard time with the way this trial is going..

You have missed the point.

If you follow the links, you will see, just like I said when this first happened, although race played a part in this, most people have the biggest problem with this man not being jailed for his actions that resulted in the death of an unarmed 17 year old.

Most people, including myself, believed this case was never a cut and dry self defense or SYG situation-- and this trial has made that very clear.

Most people, including myself, are glad this went to trial and are very disappointed in the way the Prosecution has handled this case.

They could have at least handled the case in a way to force the defendant to take the stand-- but like you implied, the prosecution seems to have done much of the defense team's work for them.

Do you know how the racial profiling meme started? The media cuts the 911 call and only plays that GZ is saying the guy is black. They didn't play that the Dispatcher was asking for a profile. Good grief. Hell ought to be hotter for Al Sharpton and his ilk.

Whats not cut and dry about it..No proof Zimmerman was following Trayvon,No proof Zimmerman started the Altercation,no proof of any marks on TM from GZ hitting him first. What we do have in evidence is the pictures of GZ haed and nose and a Police Detective that tried to catch GZ in a lie stating that the whole event was recorded on Camera and GZ says "thank God someone will see what acually happened" and this all happened while the Prosecution was tring to make its case,just think whats going to happen when the Defense starts bringing there witnesses up...I can promise you they want have a Rachel Jeantel as one of there witnesses..
