Man, the Miramichi is sure getting a bad rap here and all over someone getting pulled over by the police!

I will admit that it is a unique place to live but where in good ole New Brunswick could you live that they do not have their "odd" ways??

I love the Miramichi for the rivers, both the Miramichi and Cains River. I have fond memories of several canoe trips, including overnighters, on these rivers. It's so relaxing.

I have not mentioned this to anyone, but have been seriously thinking about making a small journey there next spring...hope I can talk my sis into going back home then.

Would be nice, eh?!

Barb, you would certainly enjoy anywhere you might visit in New Brunswick. I hope you get to go!

Although I have never made one of your 'favorite poster' lists, my wife and I would still love to meet ya if you ever do visit the maritimes!

Excellent idea!

There's no better place in all the world than New Brunswick in the Spring.

(It took me a while to figure out that you were taking about your sis, Felicity)

This a great thread.

No UPC bashing.

Lots of good humoured ribbing.

Some excellent discussion.

But missing a few old friends (You know who you are!).

This is a great day.

God is a good God.

New Brunswick is a great place to live.

"Pentecostal" is a great way to serve the Lord.

UPC, ACOP, IND, (And a half dozen other brands) - God has a lot of wonderful children.

Here's one of my favourite bits of wisdom literature:

..........-cat, ..........-cat, where have you been?
"I've been to London to look at the queen."
..........-cat, ..........-cat, what did you there?
"I frightened a little mouse under the chair."

In life, in the Church, or on Internet forums, you pretty much find what you're looking for.
